Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view of Monona Terrace but unfortunately, one of the windows was broken and kept blowing open all night. On the upside, the room was decorated nicely and very comfortable.
My stay at this hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious and had a beautiful view of Lake Monona, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent and very accommodating, although I did notice a lack of friendliness towards non-American guests. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Madison, being just a few blocks from the State Capitol. The dining experience was good, with friendly staff, but there were some rushed moments and minor issues with the buffet. Despite a few downsides, I enjoyed my time at this hotel.
The hotel has a great location just off Lake Monona, making it very convenient for exploring the capitol square, downtown restaurants, and lakes. The service was top-notch, with eager and helpful staff always going the extra mile. The dining experience offered unique and delicious dishes, although some items were missing. The price was reasonable but could have been a better value if a few adjustments were made.
