I was pleasantly surprised during my stay when I got upgraded to a deluxe lake view room. The spaciousness and the beautiful appointments made my experience relaxing and enjoyable. Substantial Breakfast Offerings

I enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Audrey restaurant, where the voucher from my stay actually provided a substantial meal. Functional and Clean

The bathroom in my room was small but functional. No visible issues with cleanliness made it easy to feel comfortable, and the overall setup met my expectations. Great Entertainment Options

I loved the large TV in my room, which came equipped with an HDMI hookup. It was perfect for connecting my laptop to enjoy a movie night. Additionally, having a mini fridge allowed me to keep my snacks handy. These small features added comforts that elevated my stay significantly!

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view of Monona Terrace but unfortunately, one of the windows was broken and kept blowing open all night. On the upside, the room was decorated nicely and very comfortable.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Madison, being just a few blocks from the State Capitol. The dining experience was good, with friendly staff, but there were some rushed moments and minor issues with the buffet. Despite a few downsides, I enjoyed my time at this hotel.

The hotel has a great location just off Lake Monona, making it very convenient for exploring the capitol square, downtown restaurants, and lakes. The service was top-notch, with eager and helpful staff always going the extra mile. The dining experience offered unique and delicious dishes, although some items were missing. The price was reasonable but could have been a better value if a few adjustments were made.
